Caro Syson is our guest speaker talking about Business Blindspots: What happens to your business if life throws you a curveball?

Most small businesses depend far more heavily on their owner than they realise.

If you suddenly became ill, had an accident or needed to step away, could somebody find the information needed to keep your business running?

Would they know how to access important accounts, deal with clients, make payments, find key documents or even work out what needed doing first?

In this practical and thought-provoking talk, Caro Syson explores the business blind spots that many sole traders and small-business owners overlook.

She will share some of the simple steps owners can take to protect their income, clients and families, without needing a complicated corporate business continuity plan.

It is about making sure that the important information is not stored only in your head and that somebody you trust could step in if life suddenly threw you a curveball.
