Export Certification
The Watford & West Herts Chamber Export Documentation desk is open between 10.00am-4.00pm. Approved documentation staff are happy to receive telephone enquiries between 10.30 am-3.30 pm and can offer help and advice on:
EU Certificates of Origin
EUR1 & ATR Movement Certificates
Arab British Certification (postal service)
Egyptian British Certification (Postal Service)
Foreign & Commonwealth Apostille (Postal Service)
Formal Undertaking
This is an annually renewable document completed by a Company Director/Company Secretary which authorises chosen employees to sign export documents on behalf of their Company. Once completed the Original document must be returned by post to the Chamber before certification of documents can take place. The Chamber must be notified of any changes to the list of approved signatories.

If you are unable to prepare the Certificate of Origin we can type the document at an additional charge.

A ‘While you Wait’ service is available by appointment only, please telephone in advance.
Postal applications
Please note documents received by post are certified on a 'first come first served' basis and cannot be guaranteed for same day service.
EZ-cert Express (Electronic Certification)
Documents are completed on line and are printed in-house on pre-purchased blank Certifcates of Origin.
Cost effective. No need for couriers, postage or staff absence.
Professional end product.
EZ cert Standard (Electronic Certification)
Documents are completed on line which are then printed by the Chamber and returned by post. The Standard service does not guarantee same day certification.
