During the past 21 years, while working for the Metropolitan Police Service, I've gained a vast amount of experience of building strong relationships with a wide range of business groups, and have worked closely with operational teams to interpret and analyse intelligence and crime trends.
In these challenging times for local businesses, my aim will be to ensure that members continue to communicate both via radio and face-to-face where possible, so that we can all work together for a safer Watford.
In the New Year I will be working more closely with Hertfordshire Police to gather as much intelligence information as possible to improve and enhance the scheme for all of its members.
